The first step in applying for a position at Mueller is to complete the online application form that will provide us with details of your relevant knowledge, skills and experience. As part of the online application process you may also attach a copy of your resume if desired, but not required. It is important to complete this application correctly to ensure it can be submitted successfully. Completing the application accurately and honestly also ensures your employment offer will not be rescinded for incorrect statements or information. Your application also includes a disclaimer that allows Mueller to conduct an in-depth background check and screening process if you are selected for employment. Once your application and resume have been submitted, a Mueller Recruiter and / or Hiring Manager will review it and depending on your knowledge, skills and experience, you may be contacted for an interview.
If selected, you will participate in one or more interviews with a Recruiter, Hiring Manager or Team Member. The interview process will determine your suitability and availability for employment. It will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have. Should you require accommodation for the first or any subsequent interviews please provide your request to the Mueller Recruiter or Hiring Manager, who will ensure your accommodation needs are addressed. The interview is a great opportunity for you to better understand the position you are applying for, and allow you to hear first hand what it’s like to work at Mueller.
If you have been identified as the selected candidate for the position you will be given a conditional offer of employment. All offers of employment from Mueller are conditional upon successfully meeting the requirements of our extensive background and screening process.
